MARKETING & COMMUNITY COORDINATOR (PART-TIME)

Location: Hybrid (Remote + In-Person at the Occhii Studio in Industry City, BK)
Hours: 10–20 hours/week (additional hours during pop-ups/events)
Compensation: $25–$40/hour, depending on experience
Start Date: January 2026

Occhii is a New York–based luxury fashion brand focused on distinctive, well-made statement pieces designed to last. We work with special materials—from deadstock silks and wools to leathers that age beautifully—and produce in small batches with local NYC factories. Our work is rooted in material, craftsmanship, and perspective.

2026 is a key growth year for the brand, including pop-ups, new collections, and expanded community engagement.

ROLE OVERVIEW:Ā 

We’re looking for a part-time Marketing & Community Coordinator to support day-to-day brand execution across social media, community engagement, and in-person activations. This is a hybrid digital + IRL role and is ideal for someone early in their fashion career who wants hands-on experience inside an emerging luxury brand.

This is not a purely remote or desk-only role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Ā 

Social Media & Community

  • Schedule and post Instagram & TikTok posts
  • Engage with followers, replies, comments, and DMs
  • Proactively outreach and build relationships with key targetsĀ 
  • Assist with influencer and stylist outreach + tracking
  • Capture BTS content at fittings, pop-ups, and events
  • Execute a content plan for Occhii's social media channels

Pop-Ups & Events (In-Person)

  • Work Occhii pop-ups as a brand representative
  • Run POS, process transactions and returns
  • Assist customers, explain product and brand story
  • Support merchandising, inventory tracking, and setup/breakdown
  • Help ensure a polished, welcoming in-store experience

Marketing Operations

  • Assist with email newsletters (asset prep + scheduling)
  • Track social performance and customer feedback
  • Maintain shared drives, sample logs, and contact lists
  • Assist with miscellaneous brand operations as neededĀ 

REQUIREMENTS

  • NYC-based and available for in-person work
  • Strong interest in fashion, culture, and luxury brands
  • Comfortable working customer-facing pop-ups/events
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Instagram & TikTok fluent
  • Able to juggle creative + operational tasks
  • Available for occasional evenings/weekends during pop-ups

Bonus (not required):

  • Shopify experience
  • Retail, PR, or fashion brand experience
  • Basic photo/video editing skills

  • This is a part-time, hourly role
  • No benefits are provided
  • Hours may increase temporarily around pop-ups
  • This role requires flexibility and hands-on involvement
